The editor has been redesigned with a sleek, modern interface, ensuring a clean and user-friendly experience. Pertinent information is now intuitively organized into tabs, making it easier to access what you need. With the new Note Editor, you’ll have the ability to edit note text, demographics, associates, and more—all in one streamlined workspace.

Join the Beta Program

We’re excited to offer you an early look at the new InQuiry Note Editor, which is expected to launch for beta testing in January 2025. Joining the beta program is a great way to experience the latest features and contribute valuable feedback to shape the final product.

To join the beta please email us at QA@DeliverHealth.com with the following information:

  1. Subject: InQuiry Note Editor Beta Program
  2. Email Body:
    1. InQuiry username and client code to be used for testing; include as many as needed.
    2. Your preferred email address so we can keep you updated on the beta status.

Your Feedback Matters

Beta testing allows users to explore features that are still being refined, meaning some minor issues may arise as we work to perfect the InQuiry Note Editor. Your feedback is essential in helping us identify areas for improvement and ensure a seamless experience for all users. We encourage beta testers to share any issues, suggestions, comments, questions, or feature requests by clicking Feedback in the Options Menu from the editor, or by emailing us at QA@DeliverHealth.com. Your input plays a critical role in shaping the final product!

Feedback

To help us refine the new InQuiry note editor, we’d greatly appreciate your detailed feedback. When reporting an issue or sharing suggestions, please include the following information whenever possible:

  1. TID: Include the unique identifier (TID) of the affected note.
  2. Steps to Reproduce: Provide a step-by-step description of the actions that led to the issue, including the workflow folder, screen or feature you were using.
  3. Screenshots or Recordings: Visuals can help us understand the issue faster. If you share screenshots, please ensure all Protected Health Information (PHI) is redacted.
  4. Expected vs. Actual Behavior: Let us know what you expected to happen and what actually occurred.
  5. Device Details: Mention the OS and web browser version (e.g. Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2 x64, Chrome 131.0.6778.266)
  6. Additional Context: Share any other details that might help us understand the issue better, such as your internet connection or time of occurrence.

Legacy Editor Access

During the beta testing phase, users will have access to the legacy editor should the need arise. This ensures a seamless experience as you transition and explore the new features. Expand the Options Menu and choose Use Legacy Editor. When switching from the beta editor back to the legacy editor, you will see a popup asking if you’d like to leave feedback. We strongly encourage you to share your thoughts, as understanding why users revert to the legacy editor helps us identify areas for improvement and address any gaps in the beta editor.
